These homes have been available an average of 94 days and are listed at an average price of $813,190. The median price in Easton has edged up slightly to $679,500. The highest available listed home price is $1,850,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.

Four new listings came on the market this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. Two properties had a price change . Five properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and three homes went into pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). Their average list price was $587,667.
