Easton CT Housing and Real Estate Market Report Week of March 3, 2015
There are now 72 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been available an average of 133 days, and have a *cumulative market time of 214 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $843,201, and the median price in Easton is currently at $704,450. The highest available listed home price is $1,699,000 and the lowest price is $249,900.
Three new listings came on the market this week, and two homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Two properties had a price change. Four properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and four homes went into pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied)
