They were excited about them, but the choices they made with money they invested to make the improvements to sell their home were not the best ones. I do not want you making that mistake.

Buyers apply for a mortgage and get a building inspection
Once approved, we proceed to closing
Closing the deal
When the buyers' mortgage is approved, we can close the sale.
Relocation & Moving Assistance
Most people who sell their home are relocating within the area. While your home is on the market, we will also look at homes for you. I'll coordinate the closing date of your sale and purchase to match up, ensuring a smooth transition.
