EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 113 homes that are actively on the market. These homes have been available an average of 102 days and are listed at an average price of $839,007, and the median price in Easton is currently $654,911. The highest available listed home price is $3,500,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.
Seven new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Six properties had a price change. Three properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and two homes went into pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). They were listed on average at $749,450.
