EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 104 homes that are actively on the market, and inventory is fairly consistent with last week. These homes have been available an average of 107 days and are listed at an average price of $838,794. The median price in Easton is up again this week to $683,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,500,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.

Four new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Four properties had a price change .
