Easton CT Real Estate Market Update Week of June 5, 2012

 EASTON CT HOMES:  There are now 100 homes that are actively on the market, and inventory is fairly consistent with  last week. These homes have been  available an average of  99 days and are listed at an average price of $824,763. The median price in Easton has edged down slightly from last week to  $683,500. The highest available listed home price is $1,850,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.

Three new listings came on the market this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. Eight properties had a price change . One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, and two homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).  Their average list price was $599,450.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 10 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $738,339.

CLOSINGS:  Three properties were  reported as sold this past week, and were listed on average at $826,617.  There were 22 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the 14 homes available is $2,847 per month. These homes are listed at an average price of $3,299 per month, and have been on the market approximately 57 days.
