Westport CT Real Estate Weekly Market report 4/19/11

WESTPORT CT HOMES:  The median list price in Westport is $1,272,000. The market here is also performing nicely.  As of this morning, there are 328 homes actively on the market for  104 days and are listed at an average of $2,151,952. 9 new listings came on the market this week, and 2 homes came back on the market after being under deposit.  There were  12 properties that had a price change. 11 properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 8 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. CLOSINGS: 10 properties sold this past  week, and they had an average price of $1,474,900 and  were on the market an average of 119 days.  There were 60 status changes in the last week.

WESTPORT CT CONDOS: The median price of a condo in Westport is $467,000. The 25 condominiums that are available have been  listed an average of 110 days, and have an average price of $597,923. no  new listings came on the market this week, and no Properties had a price change. In the last week,  1 property went into CTS status,  and 1 property went into pending status. CLOSINGS: No properties closed in the last week. There were 4 status changes for the week.
