EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 95 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been available an average of 128 days, and a *cumulative market time of 212 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $812,992, and the median price in Easton is currently $725,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,100,000 and the lowest price is $275,000.
Two new listings came on the market this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. Four properties had a price change.
