Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of September 17, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 96 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been available an average of 123 days, and a *cumulative market time of 202 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $817,215, and the median price in Easton is currently $725,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,100,000 and the lowest price is $275,000.

Six new listings came on the market this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. Seven properties had a price change. Three properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and three homes went into pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). The average price of those pending homes$573,800.
