EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 102 homes that are actively on the market. These homes have been available an average of 105 days and are listed at an average price of $819,729, and the median price in Easton is currently $612,500. The highest available listed home price is $3,500,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.

Two new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Two properties had a price change. Four properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and one home went into pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). It was listed at $649,000.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are eight properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $682,175.

CLOSINGS: Six properties were reported as sold this past week, and were listed on average at $742,475. There were 24 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.
