EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 105 homes that are actively on the market. These homes have been available an average of 107 days and are listed at an average price of $827,998, and the median price in Easton is currently $621,500. The highest available listed home price is $3,500,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.
Four new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. One property had a price change. One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, and one home went into pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). It was listed at $649,000.
