WESTPORT CT HOMES: The median list price in Westport is $1,264,949. The market here is also picking up, although sales figures are more optimistic for the lower range in town. As of this morning, there are 294 homes actively on the market for 110 days and are listed at an average of $2,168,520. 9 new listings came on the market this week, including 2 homes that came back on the market after being under deposit. There were 6 properties that had a price change. 11 properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 22 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. CLOSINGS: 9 properties sold this past week, and they had an average price of $951,311 and were on the market an average of 102 days. There were 67 status changes in the last week.
WESTPORT CT CONDOS: The 23 condominiums that are available have been listed an average of 121 days, and have an average price of $583,690. 1 new listing came on the market this week, and no Properties had a price change.
