WESTPORT CT HOMES: The median list price in Westport is $1,262,499. As of this morning, there are 296 homes actively on the market for 111 days and are listed at an average of $2,183,722. 18 new listings came on the market this week, including 1 home that came back on the market after being under deposit. There were 12 properties that had a price change. 14 properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, which we call CTS, and 12 properties went into Pending status, which means that the conditions have been satisfied, and the property is scheduled to close. CLOSINGS: 3 properties sold this past week, and they had an average price of $1,436,000, and were on the market an average of 21 days. If they are priced right, they sell VERY QUICKLY! There were 79 status changes in the last week.
