Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of May 15, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES:  There are now 96 homes that are actively on the market, and inventory is fairly consistent with  last week. These homes have been  available an average of  94 days and are listed at an average price of $813,190. The median price in Easton has edged up slightly to  $679,500. The highest available listed home price is $1,850,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.

Four new listings came on the market this week, and one home came back on the market after being under deposit. Two properties had a price change . Five properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).  Their average list price was $587,667.

TOWNWIDE PENDINGS: There are 13 properties scheduled to close, and their average price is $767,069.

CLOSINGS:  One property was reported as sold this past week, and it was listed at $769,900.  There were 21 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the 10 homes available is $2,850 per month. These homes are listed at an average price of $3,099 per month, and have been on the market approximately 67 days.

The highest available listed home price is $1,850,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.

One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).  Their average list price was $869,000.

One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).  Their average list price was $891,333.
