Easton CT Weekly Listing & Market Statistics Report 2/28/11

EASTON CT HOMES: There are currently 47 homes on the market for an average  price of $978,480 that have been on the market 157 days.  There were no new listing and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit.  1 home  had a price change. In the last week,  no properties have gone under deposit, which is what we call CTS. This means that the property just took a binder, but all the contingencies have not yet been met. 1 property went into Pending status, which generally means that the all conditions have been satisfied, and the property is just waiting to close. 1 propertiy closed in the last week that was listed at $949,000 and it was on the market 89 days.. There was a total of 5 status changes.

 EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

There are currently 13 rental opportunities on the market in Easton, with an average monthly price of $3434. They have been listed an average of 84 days.
