Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of November 26, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 72 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 161 days, and have  a *cumulative market time of 273 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $864.764, and the median price in Easton is currently $767,450. The highest available listed home price is $3,100,000 and the lowest price is $279,900.

Three new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Four properties had a price change. One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and two homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are five properties in CTS status, and 10 properties in pending status that are scheduled to close. Their average list price is $606,210.

CLOSINGS: No property was reported as sold this past week. There were 10 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the average price of the 11 homes available is $2,9955 per month. These homes are listed at a median  price of $2,500 per month, and have been on the market approximately 69 days.
