Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of November 12, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 76 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 160 days, and a *cumulative market time of 259 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $864,259, and the median price in Easton is currently $767,450. The highest available listed home price is $3,100,000 and the lowest price is $279,900.

One new listing came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Two properties had a price change. One property has  gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are three properties in CTS status, and 10 properties in pending status that are scheduled to close. Their average list price is $599,055.

CLOSINGS: Four properties were reported as sold this past week, and were listed on average at $685,175  There were 16 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the average price of the 10 homes available is $2,900 per month. These homes are listed at a median  price of $2,450 per month, and have been on the market approximately 60 days.
