Norwalk CT Single Family Home and Condo Sale Details March 2012

There were thirty-four single family home sales reported through the Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System in the city of Norwalk during the month of March, 2012.


The average sales price was $537,398 and the average market time was 169 days.


Total closed Sales Volume for the month of February March 2012 was $18,271,550


There were thirteen condominium home sales reported through the Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System in the city of Norwalk during the month of March, 2012.


The average sales price was $283,923 and the average market time was 138 days.
Total closed Sales Volume for the month of March 2012 was $3,691,000
