Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of January 7, 2013

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 55 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 191 days, and have  a *cumulative market time of 307 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $938,889, and the median price in Easton is currently $799,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,850,000 and the lowest price is $289,000.

One new listing came on the market this week, and two homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Six properties had a price change. One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and one home went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied)  It was listed at $489,900.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are three properties in CTS status, and 11  properties in pending status that are scheduled to close. Their average list price is $584,709.

CLOSINGS: No properties were reported as sold this past week. There were 16 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the average price of the nine homes available is $3,561 per month. These homes are listed at a median  price of $3,500 per month, and have been on the market approximately 97 days.

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 54 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 194 days, and have  a *cumulative market time of 307 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $946,765, and the median price in Easton is currently $799,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,850,000 and the lowest price is $299,000.

No new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. No properties had a price change. One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied) They were listed on average at $516,133.
