Easton CT Real Estate market Report Week of November 6, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 80 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 152 days, and a *cumulative market time of 250 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $853,624, and the median price in Easton is currently $757,500. The highest available listed home price is $3,100,000 and the lowest price is $279,900.

No new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Three properties had a price change. Two properties have  gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and two homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are five properties in CTS status, and 11 properties in pending status that are scheduled to close. Their average list price is $599,055.

CLOSINGS: One property was reported as sold this past week, and was listed at $499,999  There were 15 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the average price of the 11 homes available is $2,777 per month. These homes are listed at a median  price of $2,500 per month, and have been on the market approximately 77 days.

These properties are listed at an average price of $812,992, and the median price in Easton is currently $725,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,100,000 and the lowest price is $275,000.

Two new listings came on the market this week, and  one home came back on the market after being under deposit. Four properties had a price change. One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and no homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).

These properties are listed at an average price of $817,215, and the median price in Easton is currently $725,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,100,000 and the lowest price is $275,000.

Six new listings came on the market this week, and  one home came back on the market after being under deposit. Seven properties had a price change. Three properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and three homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).  The average price of those pending  homes$573,800.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are four properties in CTS status, and eight properties in pending status that are scheduled to close. Their average list price is $659,163.

Easton Single Family Home Sales Recap for August 2012

There were 9  single family home sales reported through he Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System in the town of Easton during the month of August, 2012.

The smallest home that sold was 1,968 square feet, and the largest was 5,272 square feet.  

 


The average sales price was $650,889 and the average market time was 86 days.
Total closed Sales Volume for the month of August 2012 was $5,858,000

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 97 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 122 days, and a *cumulative market time of 216 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $827,363, and the median price in Easton is currently $738,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,100,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.

Three new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Five properties had a price change. Two properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and one home went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).  That home was listed at $705,000.
