Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of August 20, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 95 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 117 days and are listed at an average price of $826,323, and the median price in Easton is currently $738,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,100,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.

One new listing came on the market this week, and one homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Five properties had a price change. Three properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and no homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied). 

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are seven properties in CTS status, and eight properties in pending status that are scheduled to close. Their average list price is $673,038.

CLOSINGS: Two properties were reported as sold this past week, and were listed on average at $522,000.  There were 15 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the 10 homes available is $2,800 per month. These homes are listed at an average price of $2,815 per month, and have been on the market approximately 89 days.

Easton Single Family Home Sale Details for July 2012

There were 9  single family home sales reported through he Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System in the town of Easton during the month of July, 2012.

The average sales price was $566,266 and the average market time was 59 days.Total closed Sales Volume for the month of July 2012 was $5,096,400

Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of August 13, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 97 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 109 days and are listed at an average price of $804,140, and the median price in Easton is currently $725,000. The highest available listed home price is $3,100,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.

Three new listings came on the market this week, and two homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Eight properties had a price change. One property has gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and four homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).  The pending properties were listed on average at $522,450.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are four properties in CTS status, and 13 properties in pending status that are scheduled to close. Their average list price is $609,323.

CLOSINGS: Four properties were reported as sold this past week, and were listed on average at $546,725.  There were 23 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the median price of the 14 homes available is $2,425 per month. These homes are listed at an average price of $2,921 per month, and have been on the market approximately 68 days.

The highest available listed home price is $3,500,000 and the lowest price is $285,000.
