Easton CT Real Estate Market Report Week of December 10, 2012

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 61 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 172 days, and have  a *cumulative market time of 291 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $922,341, and the median price in Easton is currently $795,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,850,000 and the lowest price is $299,900.

Two new listings came on the market this week, and no homes came back on the market after being under deposit. Four properties had a price change. No properties have gone under the initial deposit stage, (which we call CTS) and two homes went into  pending status, (which means that the conditions have been satisfied).  they were listed on average at $362,500.

TOWNWIDE DEPOSITS: There are five properties in CTS status, and 11 properties in pending status that are scheduled to close. Their average list price is $592,009.

CLOSINGS: One property was reported as sold this past week, and was listed at $415,000   with a market time of 126 days. There were 12 status changes in the last week.

EASTON CT CONDOS: There are no condominiums in Easton.

RENTALS: If you are looking for a rent in town, the average price of the 12 homes available is $3,163 per month. These homes are listed at a median  price of $2,500 per month, and have been on the market approximately 77 days.

EASTON CT HOMES: There are now 64 actively listed homes on the market. These homes have been  available an average of 171 days, and have  a *cumulative market time of 291 days. These properties are listed at an average price of $894,411, and the median price in Easton is currently $776,000. The highest available listed home price is $2,850,000 and the lowest price is $299,900.
